Who Can Come?
All are welcome! All HWBC regulars are strongly encouraged to make the effort to be there, also Uncouth and their families.
How Much Will It Cost?
Registration costs are:
$145 for adults and 14 or older
$108.75 for ages 9–13
$72.50 for ages 3–8
No charge for 2 and younger.
No charge for 3rd child in a family (13 or under).
You can pay by credit card*, direct deposit or cash. Payment options will be automatically emailed to you when you send in your registration.
If you are only planning to come for part of the time, please register using the link above, and note when you will be there, and then contact Connie for the adjusted total amount before paying.
Costs include all food, accommodation in heated rooms and facilities. We will coordinate transport to get everyone there so please provide the required information to help us do that well.

When Does it Start?
Arrival and check in is from 6pm Friday (we recommend grabbing a quick dinner in Yarra Junction after checking in).
Welcome activities will start from 8pm, so please try to be there by then.
We will finish at 2pm on Sunday after lunch.
What Will We Do?
Activities for the weekend may include (subject to weather): bonfire time, archery, crafts, basketball, a bush dance, worship, low ropes course, board/card games, teaching/workshops, siesta time, flying fox, a late night worship session – even a huge water slide if you are brave enough!
We are still planning the camp so suggestions and ideas are really welcome.
* NB Payment by credit card includes a small additional card processing fee in the registration prices, and a 30c booking fee to Trybooking.
